Oregon’s Friendliest Cannabis Counties

In 2014 Oregon passed Ballot Measure 91 legalizing recreational marijuana.  Medical marijuana has previously been legalized in Oregon.  Oregonians voted 56% to 44% to legalize cannabis.  The ballot measure legalized the “recreational use of marijuana, based on regulation and taxation to be determined by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.”
